A get-together (Adda) with some music, dance, laughter, and dinner to celebrate the spirit of Mahalaya, in our own way to invite Mother Goddess to descend on earth.

We are back again…This time to celebrate নববর্ষ (Bengali New Year 1425) and রবীন্দ্র জয়ন্তী (Rabindranath Tagore's birthday anniversary) together with you. With the nostalgia of হাল খাতা, রবীন্দ্র নজরুল সন্ধ্যা and lot more, we would like to cordially invite you and your family to join us and get entertained by the various cultural performances while savoring your favorite Bengali dishes with family and friends.

Saraswati Puja

A very Happy New Year 2018. Oslo Probasee Bangali would like to invite all its members and guests with their friends and family to celebrate Vasant Panchami "Saraswati Puja 2018" on Saturday, 20th January 2018, 3 PM onwards.

The schedule for that day will be as follows:

Puja Preparation: 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM

Puja: 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM

Prasad and Adda: 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM

Dinner: 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Cleaning and Close: 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Diwali Night

Light up your Diwali away from home in the city of the northernmost Scandinavian country. Oslo Probasee Bangali invites all its members and guests with their families to celebrate the Festival of Lights "Diwali Night" on Saturday, 28th October 2017, 5:30 PM onwards.

What better way to celebrate the Festival of Lights "Diwali Night" in Oslo than to enjoy an authentic Indian experience with traditional food, music, games and more.

For added flavor, we will have Halloween Fancy Dress for kids.
